Malaysia~ Malaysian (BLOG 2)

What does it mean to be Malaysian? According to this topic, I would like to roughly introduce Malaysia, which is a tropical country that does not existed four seasons (spring, summer, fall and winter). Be a Malaysian, we need to adapt the hot temperature 365 days routinely. Despite there are no four seasons in our country, but there still got two seasons which is summer season and rain season. Rain season normally start on September. But for me, I like four seasons, because I can try different style in wearing clothes, different foods, different weather, different out-door games or in-door games, beautiful scenery and etc. In other words, Malaysian can be said specific in same style in wearing clothes, foods, weather, and etc.

Besides weather, there are also people here which consists of Malay, Chinese, India, and other races. Be a Malaysian, we need to learn different languages like Bahasa Melayu (Malay), Mandarin (Chinese), Tamil (India), English and other. So, it would be an advantage of being Malaysian because we can learn different type of languages. Besides those languages, there are also other dialects like Cantonese, Hakka, Hokkien, and etc. For me, the dialect which I know is Cantonese and Hakka because my parents, father is Cantonese and mother is Hakka and I had learned from them. I think my Cantonese is much more better than Hakka because I seldom using Hakka to communicate with others but I'm using Cantonese everywhere like buying foods, buying clothes, and others. 

And one of the important things is, people usually said that Malaysia is a "save country" which mean our country does not have any natural disaster like earthquake, volcanic eruptions, tsunami and others. But the advantage of no natural disaster would bring disadvantage too. Other countries government would have their efficient plan when they solve the disaster problem and they manage to. But how about a save and harmony country? who never had this experience on how to solve the problem. Example, MH370, really bring an impact to all people around the world.

How have all the news reports about race, religion and ethnicity affected you? And again, Malaysia is a multiracial country, which cannot denied that sure will happened conflict between races. People have to accommodate with each other so that they can live in a peace and harmony environment. But everything would not happened in a good way, there are always happen that power brings dominance to the strong side, and the weak side will always suffer in their life. Actually I'm not very care about those news reports about race, religion and ethnicity because there are always bias news ( in my opinion :P) that I would not care about. But normally those Malaysia's big news I know always bring unfairness!

Besides that, I have something to share with you guys. There is the beautiful beaches in Malaysia.
