What is currently the status of the end user?

The current status of the end user on social media is very active and productive in the sense that most of the people not only the generation Y and Z, this include the adults as well most of us are mostly connected to our twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and more. We are always checking what is the latest updates, too afraid to be left behind and do not know the most happening stuff, want to be in a in-group. Now, most of the Asian even have this culture as in taking food photos before having their meal. It feels like a norm.

What impacts will the audience have from the social media?

Social media is a place where audience are able to have social interaction with people. There are pro and con impacts that the audience will received from the social media. Now a days, social media help people in many ways to solve their problem without using their brain, all they need to do is to go online and click on google and search. This is really bad because it deteriorate the function of a person's brain, and in long term the brain of a person will be good for nothing. Not only that, the more a person is connected to social media, the more a person will have a lack of physical interaction with people in public and they will even have false sense of security. At times, we may not aware that we are posting our personal life situation in public which is not appropriate to do it. Most of the times, we are just too caught up with the social media until we forget the beauty of spending time with our friends and our love ones.

Besides that, social media has many positive effects as well. By introducing social networking such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram have increased the communication among people. All these websites are an important medium in our life, for example Facebook allows people to communicate with friends and family, comment on people post and even able to join many different organisations. Our scope of knowledge and friends are wider, we are able to connect with people around the world.
Not only that, social media helps people to develop their confident in communicating with people through online especially those introverts individuals. Social media helps teenagers a lot with their research in the assignments and projects compared to last time where they need to go to the library to search for information.

What impacts will social media have from the audience?

"You can't just smash blast anymore." According to Jay Leopardi, now a days news castor or whoever who is handling the social media website are not being able to post whatever they want anymore. Instead, they have to give what the audience demand. Besides that, the audience have impact the social media in many other ways, as in we have demand things higher and better quality, speed and so on. Audience don't like to wait, we are impatient people, we want things fast, we are always pushing for more changes.

Will the government/state change with this change in technology? Malaysia?

Yes, seeing the change in the technology, Malaysia should have some changes as well to improve the economy of the country and not censoring the internet or the social media. Besides, social media play a very important role in the politic. The political platform changed drastically due to the strong usage and presence of social media. In a way, the increase in technology will have increased the knowledge of an individual and I believe Malaysia will change for the better.
